Refund and Withdrawal Policy

The GODSGLOOM companion application is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions, no one-off purchases and no real-money in-app currency, so no refund or withdrawal mechanism is presently active.

When paid features are introduced, this page will set out the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to EU consumers under Directive 2011/83/EU, the model withdrawal form, refund timelines and the chargeback procedure.

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under EU or Lithuanian law. See also the Terms of Service.
